Busy Fall Day = Yummy Fall Smoothies

This week has been busy but I have kept myself on track with my diet and exercise plan.  Today was a long work day so I used the juice plus bars for snacks between my lunch and dinner and also drank the apple shake in the recipe listed below for breakfast it is so good. It was the most populate at the school festival I went to last Sunday. All of the kids and adults loved all of the smoothies but the apple was the most popular.
