Today was a great day! It started with a 40 minute workout on the treadmill and elliptical while I started catching up on the final seasons of downtown abbey. I have found its much easier to get through my run if I am focused on something else. I downloaded the amazon prime app and stream shows through it. I can't wait to watch the rest of the episode I started today during my work out tomorrow. If you struggle to get through your cardio on a machine, try downloading a movie or watching a show off an app like I did today, it helps you get through the workout. Does anyone else have ideas on how to get through cardio on a day when you feel like quitting?
I found some new recipes today off of a fellow juice plus consultants pinterest. I made the smoothie tonight to drink in the morning and I am going to make the cookies for an event this weekend.
