Sorry I am behind on my posts. I was traveling all last week and did not have time to post. I did take my small personal blender and shake mixes with me so that I could stay on track while I was gone. I did have a few cheat meals (how can you not when you are out with a group of people) but overall I did a great job staying on track.
This week I started a new 14 day shred. Today I had a pumpkin smoothie for breakfast, protein bar for a snack, small salad for lunch and a light dinner. My workout for today was 12 min on the treadmill, 15 min on the elliptical and then arms on the trx. Tomorrow's workout will be running on the treadmill and sit ups....not looking forward getting up but it will be worth it.
Here a few recipes I found for juice plus. I have made the pudding before but am going to be trying the others for the first time. I hope everyone has a great Weds.
